Phased Array Imaging System

The IntraSpect™ Phased Array System combines the IntroSpect’s innovative imaging software with phased array hardware to produce an advanced inspection technology.

IntraSpect™ Phased Array imaging technology offers new solutions for a variety of ultrasonic inspection applications. Here, the sound beam is electronically “steered” producing multiple inspections or skew angles using a single multi-element transducer. This allows for full volumetric inspection by moving the transducer along a single axis, thus reducing the inspection time and allowing the use of a simplified scanning mechanism.
